Shipping

Please allow up to two weeks (assuming the availability of materials) for custom orders to be shipped.  We will notify you if your order cannot be shipped within our standard shipping window.  Orders that are in stock will normally ship within 48 hours.

All orders will be shipped USPS 1st class mail.   Orders over $200 will be shipped for FREE. All other orders are subject to a flat rate of $4.00.  This applies to orders shipped only within the United States.  Each order will include insurance and delivery confirmation.  Once mailed your order should arrive within 2-3 business days.

Sales Tax

When shipping to an address in MD, a 6% sales tax will be added to your order. No sales tax is collected for orders shipped to other states.

Purple Crab Creations accepts personal checks, money orders and PayPal.  Orders placed with a check for payment are shipped when the check clears the bank. All orders will be shipped via USPS 1st class mail (2 to 3 days) unless otherwise specified.
