Returns/Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry item for any reason please contact us immediately.  With the exception of custom items, we accept returns within the first week of purchase.  Otherwise, a credit will be issued for items returned prior to 30 days from the date of sale.  For items that are returned within the first week, we will issue credit for the merchandise purchased in the form of the payment we received from you.

All return items must be packaged accordingly and insured.   Purple Crab Creations is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail.  Shipping and handling fees are considered non-refundable.
